Police arrest two people in murder of tattoo shop owner Mark Samuel
(WXYZ) - 7 Action News has learned that police have arrested two people in connection with the murder of Mark Samuel.

A woman was arrested Wednesday in Detroit. A man was taken into custody Thursday evening in Clinton Township. Their names have been been released.

The popular Detroit tattoo shop owner known for his sense of humor received a threatening phone call, shortly before being gunned down outside his home on Stewart Monday night at about 10:00 pm.

The 38-year-old murder victim also had 2 young girls, and was known for his generosity in helping others.

The motive remains unknown. The investigation is ongoing.
