No, not at all. I know historically it's assumed it was Weiss and Moran, but they showed a lot of tension between Al and Torrio this season and in this episode it seemed like Al was really suspicious about Torrio being involved in the hit on him from the previous episode.
Chill bruh... The hit probably appened because Capone represented Torrio's muscle and Torrio was unprotected. You spreading rumors like that may cause a civil war in Chiraq. Just for suggesting some shyt I'd tell Capone about you and you'd have your face opened up
