LeGBT fakkits especially Remote get pressed about ANYTHING having to do with 90s sports. They the only ones mad about NBC being back and including players/commentators from that era.

Like @mastermind says, the NBA hates talking about itself before 1980. So it’s nice that a younger audience can get a snippet of that history on a national broadcast.
That intro was better than anything ESPN has ever made to hype up a basketball game. Talked about each team's past and how it tied into the night's matchup. Made it feel like the game had real stakes and both teams are playing for something down the line. Simple and relatable.
