Bird actually went to Indiana to play for Knight for a little while, before leaving.
Always wondered if that would have changed Bird/Zeke's relationship if he stayed. He probably would have been one to help recruit him and they would have been alumni. Maybe Knight could have been the bridge.

I'm curious, not challenging anyone just trying to learn since I don't know much about knight outside of him coaching Isaiah Thomas and him throwing a chair

But those calling him a piece of shyt, why is he a piece of shyt?

I don't know enough good things about Knight to comment anything complimentary. What I will say, is that he was a legendary piece of $hit, a top tier a$$hole and a walking time bomb.
