OP is not asking for sources and numbers. He is asking for a breakdown. An explanation. You don't need sources to do that. You need sources to substantiate your point but in the first instance you can state your position / understanding / beliefs without reference to other sources (sources which might upset the mods).

India's population is 4x the U.S. population
They have worse sanitation conditions.
They have less thorough medical system and technology per capita than the U.S.

Yet as of today, India reports 76,000 Covid19 deaths and U.S.. has 191,000 Covid19 deaths.

So then what is India doing that we aren't doing.

Most African countries fit similar profile as India compared to the U.S.

First off, the USA pushed hydroxychloroquine harder than any other Western country. Trump forced through FDA approval right away and they bought like 30 million doses. No country in the West had as many people on the stuff as we did. So why would you use the USA's high death toll as an argument FOR hydroxychloroquine when we were literally Ground Zero for its promotion in the West?

There are a billion differences between conditions in India and in the USA - different climate (temp and humidity), different uses of indoor areas, different sun exposure, different population demographics, different spread of earlier diseases, different vulnerability to autoimmune disorders, and different levels of death recording. Most Indians never even have a cause of death reported, they die and are either cremated (if Hindu) or buried (if Muslim or Christian) without any autopsy or anything; if they live in a village or a slum then they usually don't even die at the hospital. None of those people are counted in the figures. So official Indian death tolls can't possibly be compared to the USA.


Instead of comparing the USA to India or "Africa" and just assuming the difference is one thing when it could be 100 other things, why not compare patients that use HCQ to similar patients who don't? Why make national-level comparisons when you don't even have the data to make any use of those comparisons at all?

Because there are plenty of studies of the actual patients who take the drug. What is missing from the actual detailed information that makes you run to unsupported conspiracy theorists instead?

Almost voted for hillary, glad I didn't because she's a devil and I didn't know that her and bill were calling black people in the 90s super predators until a couple years ago.
