So y'all missed the months that covered reading comprehension in elementary/middle school? Mad about $hit I never said, nothing in my post was defensive in favor of Trump but go off?
It's already known that Trump is the major fukk-up on our side of the world which is why we're suffering here in the U.S., that still doesn't absolve China of their responsibility in this going from an outbreak to a pandemic. They not only consistently LIED about what was going on in Wuhan but kept lying about their numbers.
I hate Trump as much as the next person, I didn't know I needed to specify this every time as I thought my post history is pretty clear!
I'm not here for coddling China and absolving them of their responsibility in how they fukked the whole world over.
Comparing this to a 1918 pandemic and a plague that started in the 14th century with abysmal public health data, sure. There is no conclusive data that proves H1N1 started in the U.S. and war time strategies like news blackouts don't apply here either?!
They consistently lied about where the virus came from, at one point even insinuating that the U.S. is patient zero!
Scientists in China released the genome sequence from one of their patients in January, 10 2020, clearly knowing how severe the illness can end up with people collapsing all over the place but no worries rest of the world, eh?! Y'all should be fine.
It took until February/March until a U.S. scientist informed the public that the virus had been in Washington for weeks already and it's movement could be tracked almost instantaneously.
All while China was still lying and trying to downplay how badly the virus actually was affecting their region. I'm pretty sure they're still lying about how many people actually died.
Trump kept lying his @ss off, not giving a fukk about anyone but himself, sabotaging us by giving away supplies and snatching state and federal stockpiles of PPE for the "right" people and handing out scraps for everyone else.
Trump and the Chinese government can share their throne in hell for what it's worth.

What do you want to happen to China? the US is not going to go to war with them, because even though the US would win, the fallout would be too intense. Going at a country as developed as China ain't the same as going at Iraq. Even when the US wins an America-china war, everybody would have their nuclear armaments set on taking the US out because they line-stepped.
