he did not almost win he lost by 3 million and hes easily gonna lose by more this time because more people take him seriously than last time and will come out to vote him out, he won by 70k votes total in 3 swing states, i think him saying that can convince like 100k swing people yes

Losing by 3 million votes out of over 120 million is nothing. If he’s such a bad person why is the vote that close in the first place? He ran on the platform of locking up Mexican immigrants and breaking apart families yet you think him saying the n word is what’s going to bring him down?? If trump loses it ONLY because of the pandemic and it’s effect on the economy. America is a majority racist country they could care less about him saying the n word.
Yeah unfortunately the morale isn't very high in those mentioned countries nor do the leaders truly care about their people but I'm wondering if the financial hit every country took because of Covid-19 might be enough of a reason for them to join together for a shared goal?
If Trump stays in (not sure what Biden's take would be) we'd probably be the ones starting the agreement and I could see France, the U.K., and maybe even Italy joining. Italy switched up by joining the Allied powers after 2 years of being with the Axis.
Perhaps even South Korea, even though they prefer to avoid confrontation with China the trust and belief in the U.S. -South Korea security alliance against China measured very high in several studies. Now, that's "only" public opinion but who knows what might come from it.

I think you're misunderstanding a lot of things when it comes to geopolitics. China owns most of the US debt. no matter how much they saber rattle, the US isn't trying to go at China. The US needs China.
And the European Union needs China even more than we do. They need each other. So you'd be surprised how the folks at the top are willing to let bygones be bygones on this.
This isn't the first time a country has lied and other countries got the work cause of it.
Same thing happened with the US lying about the reasoning behind starting the war in Iraq. Iraq got worked over, and so did the UK for joining in. And the UK is still America's ally.

Looking back on the decision you must believe she would have let all those people die like Trump did right then tell us she saved millions of lives when no other country in the world has millions of COVID deaths and even still this country has the highest death count of all nations.
