a part of me wants to say he may be better than mike at dancing :hubie:

He is breh, its nothing to be fearful about. Overall Mike is better, especially vocally but just dancing its not really that close. Pull up a live Mike performance and a live CB performance and the evidence is there. Mike was a beast in his formations though.

nikka are we talking about dancing or gymnastics? :what:

That's what these Chris fanatics think is so impressive :mjlol:

It's funny how an old, decrepit and washed Bobby owned Thug Lovin' with his hook and dancing alone. So much swag Irv tried to sign him.

Chris couldnt have pulled off those slick moves Bobby B pulled in that video :umad:

Whoever said MJ's way easier to imitate than Breezy is right on the money.

Chris Brown's moves are more impressive as well considering his height. Short men are typically better suited for dancing which makes Chris an anomaly

His height makes him look clunky when he dances. That being said, he's definitely one of the best dancers I've ever seen

A LEGEND INDEEEEEEEEDDDDDD

:ooh::ooh::ooh::ooh::ooh:
Why do men get legend status for the women they fukk? Using that logic, Supahead is the most legendary person in the music industry.
:stopitslime:
His personal life has nothing to do with his career.

All of those stats are from one album as I said. You didn’t get legend status for being hot for three years. He’s very far from legend status. If he’s the father of all those men, the sons far surpassed the father. Pedo Kelly, Breezy, Usher, and Jodeci can actually sing and have multiple hits off of multiple albums with careers that lasted more than three years. Plus, none of them give him that respect except for Usher and even then, there’s more credit towards Mike.

:mjlol:
Bobby could have had a better career but he was extremely lazy and complacent. His drug addiction is no excuse. There are many legends across several genres that churned out multiple hit records and albums while high. Was James Brown ever sober a day in his adult life?

This man took 5 years in between two albums and decided to follow up Don’t Be Cruel with Don’t Be Cruel Jr. in 1992.

A New Jack Swing album in 1992, when New Jack Swing was in its death throes.
:wow:

Didn’t his follow up album not have Babyface because he pissed him off? Dumb and lazy shyt. He went from 8 million copies sold album to a 2 million copies sold album in a time when the biggest stars were selling at least 15 million. Then he rejoined his former group because his career had nothing else going on.
:usure:

Most of the artist on unsung can say they
had a handful of top ten hits and a hit album. He’s a high ranking symbol of the New Jack Swing era, nothing more. If they make a documentary on New Jack Swing, Bobby needs to be in at least 25% of it. If they make a documentary on the greatest legends of R&B, he might show up in a photo behind his ex-wife.

Ahhhhhh young lady you’re helping my point!

Bobby was a fool to wait as long as he did. He should have been back out in 90 as originally planned. A mark of a fool indeed.

Good Enough
Humpin Around

Were both top 10 hits on the hot 100. This is fact.

Get Away was all over black radio at that time as well. It was hot enough to get him on the American Music Awards as well.

The people he influenced went on to have much longer & successful careers than he did. This can’t be debated.

The 15 million you speak of were reserved for people like Hammer & Vanilla Ice...neither of which you would play ANYTHING from in 2020 even for nostalgia purposes.

Before Bob the energy was different
After Bob the energy was different

Besides...I don’t hear anybody talking shyt about this one who is still riding basically one album herself...

I’m much closer to Breezy’s age then Bobby. In all actuality Chris can probydo every dance move in the book but that nikka doesn’t have the charisma and presence as Bob

Bobby should have been much more than what he ended up being but there isn’t too many people who hit the heights he did

fukk it :russ:

I’ll talk shyt about Lauryn without hesitation while playing Miseducation in the background.

She’s of the greatest waste of talent in the history of the music industry.

I agree
