TMZ reports that the court documents show young Bobby Shmurda was arrested earlier this summer in the Brownsville area of Brooklyn on June 3. The doc reportedly says cops spotted Shmurda showing off a weapon in an apartment and when they went to investigate, he allegedly tried to hide it in a couch.
Police eventually recovered a 9mm Glock pistol along with the magazine which contained 14 rounds. YIKES! Not a good look for the newly discovered rapper.
He was charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon, says the paper, which is a charge that could land him in prison for 15 years.
No word on if he did the ‘Shmoney Dance” after he was arrested but we bet one thing…he won’t be doing it in court! Well, unless he beats the case. And who wouldn’t do it if they were able to trump charges like those?
