A LOT - get back in the gym nikka, I couldn't even tell you from a nikka that ain't workout I'll give you a 5/10

LOL, I get the most compliments on my shoulders. Let me get someone to take a photo of my back and learn how to flex it to get a full view. I workout my back...I need to emphasize on more pull-ups I suppose. Thanks though for the advice.

couple months old but i still look basically the same just bigger traps/neck and bigger legs so I weigh more.
