Isnt the "proper" way to take a knife to the base of their head and press down until it splits? Thats better than hot water?

So far that's two different Mortal Kombat moves that are considered more "humane" :mjlol: Fatalities and Crushing Blows

Lobsters having more rights than human beings in those same places is whats frightening if you ask me. Not saying we shouldnt care about animals but its frightening how its okay to have more empathy for animals than other human beings.

WTF are you talking about? :what:

Killing a human = life in prison
Killing a lobster = a tasty meal

Interesting. I wonder if they will advocate for crab and shrimp as well.

How they gonna police this if they sell it to us while they are alive? Most likely they would kill them in the store before letting you leave with them.
Its more about restaurants than everyday citizens.

and nobody is selling dead lobsters.
I dont know where you are getting that idea from.

How would they even police it in a restaurant. I used to work in a 4 diamond steakhouse. creme fraiche is technically against the law, but we still served it, just hid the batch somewhere when food inspectors came.

that is low key messed up....Look at it screaming and grasping for life....I used to hate when my pops would bring in catfish and I'd help him scale them and all of that. shyts would still be in that funky ass bucket moving and moving in the sink with their mustache.

I miss you dad :mjcry:

the ether
the whole murdering something 'humanely" as a concept is low key comical anyway.
If a serial killer murdered your mother. Would you be any more likely to forgive him if he did it peacefully versus violently? I personally would be just as angry regardless of the cause of death. Murder is murder, the only humane way to die is of natural causes.

This is ignorant shyt. No one who has ever watched a person or animal suffer can claim that a humane death and a torturous death are the same thing. If you have to kill a farm animal, there is a world of difference between doing it quickly and humanely and doing it in a way that causes a great deal of suffering.

Imagine your neighbor's dog got sick and he had to euthanize it. He's gonna want to take it to a vet and inject it with something that kills it painlessly and easily, right? You think that making sure to kill something quickly and painlessly is no different than purposely causing it suffering? If he threw the dog into boiling water to watch it struggle and yelp until it burned to death, would you feel the same way about him?
