I know he used to post on SOHH but I never knew he migrated here back then.
I'm not certain but I think it might have been at the time when he was mostly working for SB Nation and not full time at ESPN.

I think he used to be doing a lot more of his own "hustling" and interacting with people online back then. once he got a deal with ESPN full time, I think he just stuck to trolling on twitter and dropped all the other shyt.

dude was definitely on forums before all that tho.

Did Bo lose a Twitter bet? He hasn't tweeted since the new year. And we all know dude is compulsive with Twitter. His last real tweet was 12/31/2021.

All he's been tweeting is promotion for his content.

Probably stopped doing it because all the submitted questions were trash.
nah I think it has something to do with HBO because it stopped around the time he signed that deal.

sad cuz he got it written into his ESPN contract that he could keep it up all those years, wish he would have at least done a last show announcing it was ending or something

I enjoyed Evening Jones. Part of the enjoyment was breh would be wildin on the questions/listeners for like 15 mins out of the one hour episode lmao.

Foxworth Friday and the guests on Wednesday has scratched that itch tho when it comes to non-sports talk from Bo

I don't see how ESPN is going to let him double dip and do the HBO show on top of what he does for them. Everyone that has pull duty for ESPN with another company has always ended up eventually leaving.

bomani has been asked specifically about Evening Jones stopping because of HBO he literally and specifically said 1. it is not because of HBO 2 because it stopped being fun.

Bomani is currently doing the Right Time show and HBO both

No one in business wpuld care about tiny Evening Jones podcast interfering with HBO

You would have to be insane / moron to be HBO and demand a talent like Bomani stop doing some obscure Evening Jones podcast imi

I’m more so talking about his role going forward at ESPN and not the Evening Jones. Other talent that have double dipped at ESPN and another company at the same time have eventually ended up departing the company. Rusillo and McMullen in particular come to mind.

That’s Bomani’s fault. I don’t know why he thought the show with Pablo would work.

That's more on ESPN trying to push the talent in another direction instead of sticking to what works. See Michael Smith and Jemele Hill doing the 6pm Sports Center. His and Hers was good show.
