I can't really argue against it, which means it should have a top 3 place imo. Pac sounded like NO rapper in the world coulda, shoulda, or woulda wanted it with him at that time. Something a lot of rappers lack, believability. Even if he was a half pint dude physical stature wise, you believed him on that song because he sounded hungry and MAD as hell. Listen to the disdain he had when he mentions Jay by name.

and several other corny sounding motherfukkers
are understandably shaken up by this release.

I always wondered if Pac had survived the shots would Jay-Z have had a career..at the time he was Biggie's 'Memph Bleek'..
