it's legitimate because it follows what bone has been preaching their entire careers. there has always been a constant dichotomy between good and evil on all of their albums...half the tracks would be about staying prayed up and being holy, the other half about murda mo, stalkin jackmoves and slangin dat yayo daily. if anything this record proves they're consistent with their message.

i liked the album but never liked this song.
crossroads was one of those singles that served as both a gift and a curse. i dont like how they kept doing sappy spinoffs.
plus, this wasnt even the best akon song on that album.
"i tried" was a big hit and their movie of the same name sold a helluva lot of copies. but this wouldve been a bigger single: much more triumphant. fit for the return of kings.

This song is by far one of the better come back attempts from Bone. Production was dope and fit their style well, they all brought it and having Akon there didn’t clash, I don’t like Akon or his voice on almost any song but I think he was a good addition here.
