After watching the bucaneers coach make a huge mistake by trying an onside kick only down 2 points with 2:15 left and 2 timeouts.

I started to think sometimes coaches just out coach themselves with stupid personal moves or play calling.

The biggest coaching mistake i can think of recent history was pete carrols 1 yard call in the super bowl. You had one of the best running backs at the 1 yard line and you decide to throw it, give the evil empire another ring and take away the chance of being called a possible “dynasty” yourself.

What else were some of the worst coaching moves?

Ehh I honestly think people overrate the whole Tim Duncan thing. That's just a very lucky (Heat)/ unfortunate (Spurs) play. There's no guarantee with Duncan in there he gets the rebound.
Agreed. But it’s only 40 seconds left. Keep your best player in the game. Pop got too smart for his own good with that one

Pop sometimes goes into mad scientist mode or he is too stubborn..both due to ego..

There is no middle ground with him..

You go down with Duncan in that situation...
