The good life 😎
I would have unloaded on her but she probably didn't want the bytch's ghost in her place haunting and acting up afterwards. Imagine having to exorcise someone stupid enough to run up into your place in the first place.

Also, why did she have the camera set-up? For proof? I'm legit curious. If someone ran up in my place, setting up cameras is the last thing on my mind. :dwillhuh:

Cuz she knew they were selling wolf tickets so she had time, that was smart as hell cuz it makes her side of the story infinitely easier to prove and definitely saved her some time that she would've spent being detained by police

Also shooting once helped her argument too, y'all would've had to explain why one person had 11 holes in them when they were down after the first one

As ratchet as people may want to make her out to be she stayed calmed and behaved with way more sense than the rest of y'all apparently :skip:

It makes it seem less that she was in fear of her life at which point, the question of why she didn't call the police would have been put out there. Especially shooting once. She was more lucky than anything that she was in Florida because if someone wanted to, they could prove that there was no real threat involved. Most would require clear imminent threat, reasonable belief, and the use of proportional force. Her being inside only shows at least an effort to retreat.

Also, the video does less to show she was in danger. Rather, the fact the people broke in and thus probably damaged the door did more to support the fact she was in danger than anything else. If she unloaded on them, she'd been covered and gotten away with it as well.

Seeing how it is Florida, even without record, the fact they were in her home trying bullshyt probably why they let her off. Also, her mocking the person and acting out is not being "behaved" but by all means, go off. She was right to shoot the bytch so I'm not mad at her. Good thing she was in Florida.

Edit: Apparently it's Tennessee. Their self-defense laws are also lax so I guess it still tracks.

But see that doesn't make sense to me, you can shoot someone who broke into your home without necessarily fearing for your life and emptying the clip, if not, you'd basically be punishing someone for being in control of their emotions :manny: you don't need to continue to shoot a person on the ground to validate your fear, everyone doesn't completely lose control like that, ole girl squealed like a pig and hit the floor after the first one, the fear ended right there in that moment

The law doesn't work like that. It doesn't care about that. All too often it uses the discharging of the weapon as a means of gauging fear and urgency. I only say this because when I worked in a prison hospital, some of the patients that came through there were there due to weapon discharges due to self-defense but because they shot once or shot "warning shots", it complicated their cases and dragged shyt out.
