I'll take it a step further. I remember making this suggestion in a seminar I was in that spoke to diversity in the workplace and someone white asking me what should be done about racism. I replied maybe you and the rest of white America should get together and hash that out. Black folks have only been telling you about it for like 4 centuries. Let's just say, I was the outcast of the focus group i was apart of for the rest of the seminar. But it's the honest truth. White folks don't want to nor try to listen to black folks so fukk it, yall hash it out amongst yourselves then get back to us

They're the ones fully behind racism, but want to turn it into some all inclusive discussion in order to spread the blame around so whites dont come out carrying all the blame.
