Word up. I miss when shyt was just for us. Not all these whites and "minorities" who directly benefit from slavery asking why aren't they included. We can't speak to us without people constantly judging our thoughts expressions proud blackness etc. This all lives matter is some bullshyt. If all lives mattered we'd all be upper middle classed citizens. With no racism or classism to differentiate us from one another.

You notice, you never hear white people like, why aren't we in hood movies?

i'm probably the last person to point out that something is racist but this movie makes it obvious.

these are the only white people in the whole movie:

1. waitress in the beginning, (M. Lawrence said she was racist, made her look like a jackass)
2. salesman at clothing store, (again made him a racist and made him look like a complete *beep*
3. 4 brute guys carrying grace jones in her premier. these guys were chained and treated like reindeer.

those were the only white people in the movie. to me, it seemed the makers of the movie went out of their way to send a message.

loved the movie, hilarious. love eddie, love martin, love david alan grier, but i think this movie is racist.

i think it is very unfortunate that many races have been through racism is recent history, but please, it's a 2way street and we need to kill the whole idea of racism. i know, impossible, but it doesn't mean we can't try.

I swear as a kid, and till this day, this is one of my favorite movies of all time. This movie actually made a young, getting kicked out of middle school Mac Brown want to change things around and go to college. Just so I could live that Marcus Graham lifestyle.

And I did..

Not the penthouse, yet

But Lifes been pretty good.

Their cacs, evil should be your 1st, 2nd and 3rd expectation from them. If you get more, it's a surprise but it's probably fake. At the end of the time, they don't want drama anymore than you.

Those movies were great. But it's just something about the vibe of the early 90's.Just that whole feel was just different new and fresh. Might be more of youngin nostalgia on my part. If only eddie did a handful of movies similar to that role.

Yo who remembers strictly business? Another underrated classic. Got damn the 90's had black excellence all over the place. Can't stand this current c00n training for cheap laughs.

Black Pop Culture was just better overall back then. The music, the television shows, the resurgence of black pride. Everything was clicked back then. Today's Black Pop Culture has been infiltrated by New Blacks and talent-less hacks who washed out all the flavor.
