Yes. I've been researching this. Akademiks exposed it too, considering his success at Complex and "access" to upcoming artists I believe he is being paid by multiple companies to promote artists. He's a gate keeper. I also think he finds and grooms artists for PR companies. I can't prove it, but he's eating too well off this and nobody ever comes for his neck who's associated with these companies.

Social engineering is wild man. He and Lil Pump are signed to the same PR company. They find people trending on IG and push them to get more popular through manipulating social network sites search engines. Dude in the video is doing what his PR team tells him he needs to do to keep making money, which is crazy shyt, they're branding him as a crazy motherfukker. Pump got raped by that PR team I think. He got a 350k advance on his deal and I'm sure that PR team got a cut. That's their goal I think.
