See... I'm not so sure about that...... I don't think he was a big drinker...... .Prior to this, he was at least 5 years drug and alcohol free...... He couldn't eat a lot of sugar, or crap in general........

My African parents talk about the backwoods in Nigeria, there's these guys called Native Doctors who if you have a broken bone, they can use materials and oils, and cure a fractured bone, just like new. And they can cure any sickness. It's a shame the Nigerian public still has faith with the Europeanized medicine, especially when it's real expensive in Africa
Same type of natural doctors are in South America, with Dr Sebi, and others. People show up to them dying of cancer, come out 2 months later fully healthy
Go to some "Third World" country like Vietnam or Colombia, go to the country there. Don't need to work out or do anything, just live their normal style and you will literally drop 20 lbs in less than 2 months and feel like a different human being
