The thing about Art is that people love/hate about him is that he isn't/wasn't a spectator.
You don't have to agree with everything (or anything) he says but given the depth and detail of some of those long ass posts you understand you aren't dealing with someone who's talking out of ignorance. He's not one of these cats that feel entitled to call themselves a Hip Hoppa just because they got an ipod with rap music on it. He holds that over peoples heads but when you deal with so many fakes and side line critics within the culture it's understandable.

That's the thing. While I don't know how many of the "stories" with him involved directly are actually true, when it comes to Hip Hop, he knows what hes talking about. It make take a while to get there but you get there.
He and I have got into it on many occasions and I wouldn't considering us cool with each other, I know Art doesn't care for me but I still respect his knowledge regardless.
