What's DNA's hottest line in the Ill Will battle? The one where he sums up everybody's doubts of him and throws it back in Smack's face. But the line was just him adding to his normal "GTFOH" routine, it just fit perfectly. And like that, Ill Will's career was basically over. That wasn't even a hot line by itself BUT battle rap is about performance. It's about those moments.
Aye Verb's whole 3rd round against Holla is extremely personal, not that many hot lines but it just hits so hard because of WHAT he is saying.
That's the same thing as here, Official wasn't saying much but Jaz's defining quality so far has been her v-card. And that's Jaz's choice to always be talking about that, to always answer the questions about it and yada yada. You ever hear the phrase "you built your own grave"? That's what Jaz did!!! Official just takes that whole gimmick and throws it right in her face. Official got MEAN with it. And she knew that Jaz doesn't really have any performance, she's just good looking and that's it. And Jaz coulda had some haymakers stored to bring out, something to say loud to match that intensity. But she just did her usual and in comparison to what Official was doing, it wasn't anything to care about. This was definitely a body, no question.
