I'm not sure you want to be openly bashing the company you used to work for. I would probably black out the name. What if the next job you apply for sees this? they'll just assume you'll talk a bunch of shyt about them and make the company look bad.
I didn't watch the whole thing but how were your superiors? It seems like every credit union I've talked to the managers all have no idea what's going on. It's impossible to get anything done with them.

hmmm i actually watched the whole thing, first it sounds like you got laid off not fired, that's a big difference, because i think you can continue your banking career just fine

well one of the most disturbing and profound insights i have ever had that really changed my world view is that when i started getting involved in entertainment i realized that the same suffocating racism you see in the corporate world, exists in the entertainment world, so i thought i was joining my boys and my people but i was actually going from the frying pan into the fire with less benefits, overall it wasnt worth it, but thats just me, and due to me losing money i just dont think it was worth it, i believe i would have more money today if i had stuck with corporate
but again, that's just me, there are people that make money in entertainment but overall i see too many broke people
if you are going to go into business i think its better to go into a mainstream business or franchise, mostly i kinda roll my eyes when i see another black person with ______ Entertainment

It happens tho... I would be willing to guess you were a black man at a job surrounded by model minorities (flips, mexicans, etc) with cacs in management as the reason you faced so much resentment for your (so called) promotion.
Hatin ass negroes will do you in quick as hell too tho, what you probly failed to do was take your grievances to human resource while you felt the hate bubbling. You needed to document real world examples of the hate and by far your biggest mistake was allowing the CEO to fukk you around in public while benefitting from your work in private.
If you had a paper trail of that kind of duplicity going on you could straight sue the b*stards, plus 200 dollars is a horrible severance pay they might as well have given you a box of Newports and Puma sweats.
