I can tell she worked hard and put in a little work because her thighs got bigger also but, and a strong butt, she put on a lot of mass. And for all or most of it to go to her lower body while her ass still stays loose and and not putting on much size anywhere else is suspect. to put on that kinda size she'd have to have a" fat "girl phase and I don't see any evidence of that. She got a transfer but still does gym work and it helps. If she was doing HIIT like she claim and it was all lifting the ass wouldn't be jigglin like that cause it's be more tone and tight she also has 0 definition in her legs.
