How is this game? I loved both 2 and 3. People hated on 3 but I loved it a lot. Is this game as good as or better than 3?

Gunplay in this game is phenomenal. I wasn't feeling the open world at first but I found a good rhythm of what to do and what not to do. I'm focusing on the forgedrone skills in Amon's cybernetic tree and its coming together. I'm missing some of the story due to important exposition being said during the gunfights. The ability to replay boss fights without restarting the game is awesome. Overall I like this way more than 3 gameplay wise and I liked 3's gameplay a lot.

I just saw the interview that Randy was going in on the PC community for whining so much with outdated rigs trying to play this game. I think people need to learn how to set up their pc correctly. There are a lot of folks who reviews bombs games without updating drivers and optimizing their own pc. The amount of people who don't now how to maintain their pc is crazy......it ain't a console it takes work and I'm primarily a console gamer. The consumer has unreal expectations, and expect to just plug and play games. That isnt how it works, unless you have a console. Either learn how to optimize, realize that your hardware is old and dated, or go to consoles so you dont have to worry about either of those things
But the studio does have fault with this too. They gotta stop with the minimum stats and just list what rig is required to run the game the way the studio intended it to be played at. It's literally folks on that forum with 1080s and 2070s mad because they can't play it in 4k.

I've been told this is what PC gamers love though. They LOVE to try to jury-rig some setup by messing with files and settings and whatnot. They LOVE taking HOURS to search for or otherwise figure out a fix to get <insert game name here> working. After all, PC is superior to console, or so I've been told. With a console, you're forced to just... start the game right away. *SHUDDERS* Just the thought of that makes me sick. SICK, I tell ya!

I'm on the 5 pro and havent noticed any frame issues, i've seen a bunch of textures not loading properly tho
