I'll watch it eventually. But the trailer just didn't look appealing to me. It looked like cutting room floor footage of a Gaurdians movie.

Tbh even though it was forgettable with bad pacing and terrible cgi I was still expecting far worse. Was entertained for most part and thought the robot was funny. Don't know anything about the game though so idk how the film relates to it. 5.5 out of 10. I agree with the idea it would've been better as a series.
This is one of those movies that didn't deserve to be shytted on, but I understand. If you go into this flick with the grim reminder that it's not going to be like Borderlands, its a B movie at best.If you expecting this to be on the level of the Borderlands game series or a good movie

and deserves its negative reviews. I’m a dan of the games but had no expectations. Even went to see it in theater.

Like I said, I went into it not expecting it to be good. Thus why the movie was tolerable but understanding of it being shytted on.

Hollywood is in a weird place. It's like they don't know how to develop young talent anymore. No way this movie should have a roster of middle agers
If someone says it has worse cinematography or worse characterization, I wouldn't argue.
I just had more fun watching it
Yeah. Like I said it's a B movie at best. Not something I would watch over again. Like a 5 to 6 at the most.
