ran out of room but, boris diaw is an example of a player that has had ups and downs in his nba career. When he was in Atlanta he was trash, moved to pheonix and began ballin out, traveled around the nba, went to charlotte and was cut, only to be picked up by the spurs. People said he is playing harder now than he was in charlotte, but he's not a player that can take over a game, but if you give him directions and fit him into your team puzzle, he can thrive and utilize that nasty range he has while using his hustle and great ability to dish passes. I've read here plenty of times how "troy murphy or McCroberts" are talentless and useless. What do you expect them to do tho? If you give them orders and are confident in their play, they will produce. Look @ how we are using patty millz unlike portland could. We turned many so called "lackluster" players into ballers and increased their value in the league, until they went to a different team and couldn't produce as they did in the san antonio system. Point is, Nba players have talents which brought them into the league, it is up to the coach to find creative ways to utilize their talents. Stop complaining about garbage players on your squad...
