Hurts has 59 1-yard TD “runs” in his career. shyt is absurd and selfish. Tell the coach to call to a quick slant, fade or jump pass every once awhile so your boys can eat too.

This is prob unfair but part of me has always wondered how much the 1 yard shyt is a way to siphon TDs to a position you have to pay anyway, while ensuring the other guys don't hit contract metrics or put up attractive numbers for other teams looking for free agents. It's more evident this year where the run game isn't as effective, meaning Saquon isn't getting a bunch of 10+ yard TDs. He's also at 3 yards a carry right now. I'm not saying he's gonna struggle like that all year but it doesn't look like he'll come close to hitting elite numbers again behind those guards.

Good but barely achieving what's expected with a roster that great if you are a good QB

Why does this so called elite roster not have as many pro bowlers or all pros as many other teams? Like Baltimore and 49ers had 12-13 pro bowlers, no SB title. Philly had 6 and went to the SB two times in 3 years, one of which they smashed everyone.

Note that AJ brown has 3 all-pros, all came with Hurts. People are making it sound like hes just running around doing nothing. If he wanted to play in a system where the whole strategy is to get him the ball (and end up with a 7-10 record), he shouldn’t have signed an extension to 2029 as late as last year

Nobody cares about receivers crying for touches anymore. The game is shifting back to run game, ball control and strong defense as defenses playing quarters concepts is becoming standard. This isn’t 2010. Passing is down across the board.

While I agree that all parts aren’t functioning at the same time, I don’t believe the weak running game (or really weak Barkley, cause Hurts gets his) has anything to do with the pass game. More so a new OC and losing two important guys in the OL.
