We’ll the way I see it is like this. They have a female audience yet behave like they’re putting on a show for a man, it’s polarizing. The music they make, only women will listen to that en mass. Guys will look at them but, they won’t stream their music, watch their shows and movies, buy their concert tickets, women will, yet on the other side of the coin, all that gesturing they’re doing will probably push women into mainly focusing on their music and ignore the other things they’re doing because they aren’t gay. They’ll clap and say yasss at them getting half naked and twerking but they’re not paying attention to any of that, they’ll stream the songs in the whip and probably pass on a ticket cause they’ll do something else. Simply put, you can’t really have that star power unless you give guys a reason to do more than look at you and to hold women’s attention without fake posturing from them.

I’ve heard that behind the scenes, Normani isn’t “a team player”. (I.e. suck and fukk major executives, her manager, producers) I never put a lot of stock into rumors people have said about both male and female entertainers having to do heinous shyt to get put on, but I’ve recently had a close friend go through some real shyt dealing with some rich investors because she won’t suck or fukk. So I don’t doubt the rumors about Normani.

Normani wanted to be the next Bey as well copying her style but maybe the rumors about her limiting Black women's careers behind the scenes that she feels are competitors is true

But the women who are trying to be Beyonce 2.0 aren't going anywhere which leads me to think that things behind the scenes are being sabotaged. Because their albums are always in development limbo and they just don't get the push the low rent women get.
