Rosco, yes. Not sure if Fam Lay would be able to hold down a whole disc on his own and diverting prime Neptunes beats to one of their homies would feel wasteful.

I made a thread about Roscoe back in the SOHH days, saying he was slept-on and needed a full project produced by The Neptunes. I was hoping they would get that release out for dude back then. He's still nice with it too!

It seemed like his album was gonna be produced by The Neptunes with some placements for The Alchemist and DJ Premier. Would’ve been crazy

Fam-Lay had a real distant style, I think if they kept it to like a dozen tracks, it could’ve worked
