no it's not worth it.. you can get hdr sets for about the same price.... actually a lot of non hdr sets have downloadable updates... so it'd be pretty pointless to get one without for no damn reasonThinking about upgrading. Is 4k worth it if it has no HDR?... My dad got a 65" vizio with no HDR and shyt looks fuzzy. Granted he's only watching cable TV at 1080i so maybe thats y?????

thats what I was thinking..my dads 4k has terrible picture with the 1080i cable. My lg 1080 shows better.I'd hold off on 4k if I had cable
