Drop any semblance of a street accent from your voice. Don't use any hood slang terms. Talk like a c00n, Bryant Gumble for example. Bring back the hood voice after you get hired.

i use hood slang in job interviews and talking to my bosses when i had jobs. they were white too. shyt is funny

Always sound confident in what you are saying, even if it's bullshyt. Direct the conversation to what you are good at, provide lots of examples. Tech interviewers love examples. And sit up straight while on the phone, that helps the circulation to your brain and that shyt comes through in your voice.

Some of us brehs ain't good at phone talking. I didn't realize how ill-prepared I was until I started reading interview questions. If I hadn't of made all these notes, I woulda been a sittin duck!

U prepped up on interview questions. Thats good. Just being well prepared is all you can do bruh. Theres basically no new interview question under the sun so yeh. Make sure ur able to elaborate also on ur answers and provide examples.
