Lasted about a week.

While this doesn't sound terrible compared to the more serious cases, as tough as I like to think that I am, I absolutely hate feeling sick no matter how severe or mild it may be. I can't for the life of me see why people would rather gamble with getting the virus than just deal with a possible singular day of inconvenience.

The first two pfizers I got didn't really affect me much at all, but this recent booster did lay me down for an afternoon. Still beats the alternative though lol

Yeah, breh. Same here. I HATE feeling sick, no matter how severe. I’ll do just about anything to feel better or avoid it. I don’t even drink anymore because I hate feeling like shyt in the morning.

My main concern is giving it to my wife (a homemaker) and small children. Luckily they didn’t get sick when I did have it, because I didn’t get tested until about three days after the major symptoms. If it’s supposed to decrease transmission rates like the “experts” say it does, that’s my primary reason in getting it. And again, I want to lower my risk of getting that shyt a second time. I’m the only one in my family (parents, cousins, etc.) that isn’t vaccinated and they’ve been begging me too.

However, I’m only getting the two vaccines. As far as boosters and all of that, it’s not happening. I don’t care what they say or do. I’m not about to get poked on (pause) every couple months with God knows what. If these two shots are as effective and important as they claim, then that’s all I’m taking.

Had COVID a few weeks ago. It wasn’t too bad, but I definitely don’t want to get that shyt again, nor pass it on to my family. I didn’t want to get vaccinated and was opposed to it, but opinions change. I still strongly believe that the vaccine should be optional and that government mandates for newer vaccines should not exist.
:yeshrug:

If I end up in the hospital or with side effects, I’m going off on you muhfukkas. If I die, I’m cyber haunting all of you nikkas. This shyt better be effective and work how it’s supposed to.
:stopitslime:

Wish me luck. If you don’t see me around after a few weeks, make sure you all hold a memorial in the honor of @TallMan_J .

I heard you feel like shyt if you get the vaccine after you've had covid. So don't got back crying cause you feel sick, when you should have been had the vaccine.
