It depends on how you look at it. Bow wow had hits when he was a kiddie rapper. Are you counting those?
Then are we talking hot 100 or top rap hits?

Bow Wow's biggest hits came when he grew up. "Let Me Hold You Down", "Like You" and "Shorty Like Mine" were his first Top 10 hits. Those came after the kiddie years.

Still, it's expected because Nas isn't a singles artist. His singles didn't sell the albums especially the more recent ones.
