I will never understand some people's views about hip-hop.

Football players who make triple the money these rappers make go broke. Basketball players go broke. Entertainment moguls like Dame Dash go broke. Everyone can go broke at some point.

But of ALL rappers to choose from... people are defending Soulja Boy and Bow Wow????? When more high profile rappers than them have went broke???

I'm not even saying those two have no money to their name, but people still think they're sitting around on millions because they see them a lot...

Not to mention when other ppl were writing the rhymes to his biggest hits and producers getting their cut too.

(Lil) Bow Wow probably got good show money, but that's probably about it.

These dudes need to look up some of these 80's artists. Some of those ppl had 1 or 2 big hits in the 80's and disappeared. Damn near 30 years ago! And alot of them still have money.

They may not be driving a 2012 luxury vehicle, but they have nice house and other things they invested in.

AT THAT POINT THE EITHER PURSUE YOU MORE OR SELL IT TO A COLLECTION AGENCY THAT WILL TRY TO COME AFTER YOU. AFTER SO LONG THAT AGENCY TAKES YOU TO COURT AGAIN TO SUE OR SEEK GARNISHMENTS. DEBT ISN'T ILLEGAL IN THIS COUNTRY SO ALL THEY CAN DO IS CONTINUE TO TRY AND CHASE DOWN THE MONEY.

HE WON'T GET MANY PAYROLL CHECKS LIKE WE DO. EVEN ROYALTY CHECKS DON'T HAVE TAXES TAKEN OUT. THEY DON'T FILL OUT I-9'S WHEN THEY GET SIGNED TO A LABEL. HELL I'M SURE THE COMPANY THAT CUTS HIS CHECKS DON'T EVEN KNOW HIS FILING STATUS. THAT'S HOW SO MANY CELEBRITIES END UP OWING SO MUCH IN BACK TAXES. TAXES AREN'T TAKEN OUT OF THEIR CHECKS.
