He’s right

And to say Bow Wow wasn’t impactful for his era is crazy talk. He was the most famous and successful kid rapper since Kris Kross

He’ll never be in anyone’s top 50 and shouldn’t be. But neither is Will Smith AKA Fresh Prince, MC Hammer, Kid N Play, Etc. but they’re all legends in their own way and contributed something important to the culture.

I remember when Jermaine Dupri was first introducing Bow Wow and saying that young black girls needed someone to root and scream for. That they shouldn’t be screaming for Backstreet Boys & N’Sync. And he was right. Bow Wow and B2K filled that void left by Immature.

He gotta point. I think the issue more or less is that most of this music is either a obv throwback or built on a sample. Not a fan of his, but I think Leon Thomas doing something cool though to me he just taking Lucky Daye spot.

Who is new generation?

Frank Ocean, Tyler, Weeknd, Kendrick, Cole, Drake, Travis, Nicki, NBA, and them aren’t new generation?

Also depends on venues and prices of course. Lil Baby had stadiums at 200 bucks solo, does that make sense? It makes cents, they optimize profit not amount of tickets sold.
