It seems more Impactful because music consumption was completely different back then, You literally had to wait till you got home from school to see you favorite video. Singles had a 4-5 month life span depending on hot was.

Considering how wack a lot of todays shyt is, I would yes, Bow wow's music is/was better. Also remember Bow Wow had prime JD production and songwriting.

Like this is a right message but a wrong messenger. Never heard a dope verse written by him, so he's just about as wack as most of those today rappers who can't rap neither.
