Pretty much this. Bow Wow was probably bigger than Jay-Z on 106 & Park, But I just looked up how many top 10 Billboard Hot 100 hits each have. Bow Wow has only 3 top 10 hits ("Let Me Hold You", "Like You", & "Shortie Like Mine") & 0 #1 hits. While Jay-Z has 22 top 10 hits & 4 #1 hits.

Also Bow Wow's debut album is his only album that went multi-platinum, while Jay-Z has like 10 albums that went multi-platinum.
