Nintendo Execs felt the gameplay & level design was hard, so they took another Nintendo game they released in Japan (Doki Doki Panic) and switched the characters out. That's why the game looks and plays so different from part 1. It's not the same game

Not at all considering that some of the arenas/courses are in their territory as well. Had these events been kept strictly within their side of the Mushroom Kingdom, I could understand, but since Peach is ruler and obviously doesn't give a fukk about her inhabitants and the folks around her, she invites everyone, if not just to appease Mario since he's a single minded psychopath that thrives on competition.

What's weird is that they don't invite Waluigi to Smash tourneys, though. That shyt is foul as fukk since he obviously has a fan base and they've gone out of their way to invite damn near EVERYBODY but him within his universe and outside of that shyt too in the recent ones.

Risks life and limb in tights and underwater dungeons only to get called a gay looking simp and have his memory erased if not straight up die all for the glory of a broad who insists her name be first on the Marquee and have half the world give him the Star Fox treatment.
