I stood behind Boys II Men in line at the airport luggage check in last year for about 45 minutes and didn't even recognize them til some old ladies ran up and asked for a picture. Until that happened I thought they were just some washed nikkas holding guitar cases. And I'm old enough to remember Boys II Men entire career. From Motown Philly thru the late 90's when they fell off. 
But yeah, this ain't even close. Jodeci by a fukkin mile. Boys II Men sold waaaaaayyyyy more than Jodeci, but that's mainly because they were a much safer group with a strong ability to crossover to different audiences. They could do shyt that Jodeci couldn't, like get regular rotation on pop radio, cameo on TGIF shows, perform live on morning news shows, etc.
Jodeci was some shyt a dude could play in the car with the windows down and not get shytted on. Jodeci was one of the first R&B groups that carried itself like a rap group. And their sound is a better representation of that era. Boys II Men was always on some throwback shyt. Over time, Jodeci has proven to be the more influential group by far.
