I do leveraged finance. It's nearly impossible to break in unless you've got a top 25 ugrad business degree or a top 10 MBA. Other ways to get rich in business tho, not just banking.

Two things.

1. I ended up working closely with a Latino dude who put me on game and showed me the way.
