At the top of the year, there were rumors about a possible second Fragment x Air Jordan 1 release that was more in line with traditional Chicago Bulls colors.
The shoe never materialized, but one reputable sneaker leaker seems to be suggesting that the release is still happening. In the below Instagram post, user @hichem.og shows off a tag for the shoe with a colorway of black, varsity red, and white listed. He also mentions, in broken English, the possibility of an upcoming Jordan release date for the shoe.
Of course, it's entirely possible that this is just an older sample that won't ever see a retail release.

I'm about 85% of the way done with turning columbia 4s into toro 4s. hardest part is stripping the midsole of that glittery blue paint
