How do people even get through on footlocker, fnl, champs and footaction? I've gotten through FNL once, but I've never gotten even close with the other sites. The only place I get through consistently is ndc/snkrs app.

Keep clicking the save & continue button. That's what I did and it finally let me get to the payment option section and place an order. I didn't even have to wait 5 minutes before it said I got 'em.
