Yesterday, Modern Notoriety gave you the very first look at the Air Jordan 4 Thunder 2012that started off as a rumor, and later became a confirmed retro for this holiday season. Today, we take a full detailed look at this upcoming Retro, that sports the Black and Yellow colorway much like the release of 2006. The uppers feature nubuck while yellow and white accent the side panels and heel.
The Penny 5 series kicked off this past weekend with the “Treadwell Eagles” colorway and the series continues next month, with the release of the Orlando colorway. Look out for these to release on October 3rd, 2012 at a retail price of $150.

All of these events will be the story behind several releases in 2013, as it will mark the 20th anniversary of the 3Peat. One of the releases we can confirm, is the Air Jordan 8 “Playoffs” which was one of the most iconic colorways in the Air Jordan 8 series, as well as the colorway Michael Jordan wore during the Playoffs in 93′.
Adding onto the Air Jordan 9 “Persona” Pack, Is another colorway inspired by one of Michael Jordan’s many alter ego’s he used during his retirement. We’ve already seen the Air Jordan 9 ‘Johnny Kilroy’, Crawfish, and now we take a look at the “Calvin Bailey” Colorway which was a fictional player and part of ‘Gary’. The colorway displays a “Laney-esque” theme, featuring Blue and Yellow colors on the upper.
