I saw this last week and thought it was a joke.Why he wait so long to sue? He doesn't really have a case though. They used his idea for the photo but not his exact photo. I dont think he even copyrighted it.

I"m thinking it will be settled out of court. If apple can sue Samsung for the appearance of apps on phones, this seems like a legit law suit.

I have zero issues paying for more for something i want if they sellout/lines/raffles... But those french blues, you can sleep late walk to the mall (not even drive) and pick up multiple pair of your size with no issues. They didn't even sell out, which was expected. They look nice but way to many spring/summer colors in a row for Jordans in Dec/Jan of all months. AJ1 Cp3, Legend Blues, Columbia 4x, Pantone xx9, XIs... then these? They should have dropped the French in May would have sold out

I hope the sneaker game waters down sometime soon its a ton of ppl who just buy Jordans to be able to take a picture in them when they drop. I hate I never see people in jays after the weekend or 2 weeks of the release. Those are the worst kind.
