Never been to any of those sneaker events... Are they worth it? Will I find anything at a good price u think? All I can picture is teenagers trying to get $500 for a pair of infrared 6s
To be honest I dont know, you might be able to catch deals, not sure though. Some people I deal with are there so I am going to go check it out as I never been myself either

I personally haven't attend any of these before but to give you an idea (from what friends have told me): its a reseller haven - most of the guys who have tables will be selling stuff at astronomical prices. there will be some people who will walk around with their own shoes for sale and every now and again you can run into a steal of a deal. I'm debating - I might go this weekend just for laughs - I'll let you know if I roll through!
