the hype has died.I still keep getting hit up by scammers on eBay trying to pull a fast one on me with the same old tired approach.
I like to play along with it, to see if they'll hit me with something different, but nope lol
- Receive message on eBay from freshnsofly22 (0)
- "Hey bro I got 950 for your foams fed-ex overnight shipped. phone number?"
- Give him a number, he texts me with an obvious BS TextFree/Pinger number
- Tell him to send me his email, he gives me a generic name email like derekjones824 that's not PayPal verified when you look it up
- Send him an invoice, he sees your email, then proceeds to send you a fake PayPal email that says the funds
were sent and you need to ship the shoes for the money to clear
- You look at your PayPal and see there hasn't been any activity

I guess a limited shoe will bring the savage out of many
anybody who can afford to drop 1000 on foams probably did the first week the dropped
all thatll be left are ppl thatve saved money cause theyre too broke or youngns making 200 bucks a week...and when push comes to shove theyre far more likely to scam than actually spend that doe realizing what 1000 dollars could actually do

@Asantehene I'll eventually get a pair of Filling Pieces - their stuff is nice and the quality is proper. Problem is quantity - most places dont stock much of them especially in bigger sizes. What kinda dress shoes are those?
yup. i even emailed capsule this morning inquiring about filling pieces and why they dont hold size 12+. It's tough finding bigger sizes in Canada. They said they should be getting size 12s in the F/W15 collection so time will tell i guess.
Those dress shoes are Grensons. Have wanted a pair of Grenson brogue's for a while...initially was going to get these monkstraps instead but they sold out in sz 12 on Endclothing (as well as Stuarts london months before) so I bit on these knowing if I didnt then i was probably never gonna buy Grensons.
