It's fukkin' crazy. Dudes really don't take care of theys kicks.
Several months down the line and they looking like cake beaters already.
Like a pitcher after a game... i stay keeping my shiit on ice (until a later date of course... just waiting for the kids to wear them out first. heeehee)
I remember back in january 15, just 2 months after the release of the Infrared 6... i was at the rental car return spot in Sac town and the chick who was checking out my rental at Avis was like, "Oh dang, your 6's are mad clean!" I just said thanks boo. In my head i'm thinking, "Ummm... these just released two months ago... big deal."
But that had me in epiphany mode... as her comment was just a testament to how people just tend to fukk up their kicks so abruptly. It's not like i walk like i got a phallus in my ass or with crease protectors; i step to life's beat like any normal bi-pedal human does (only difference is that i don't choke the shiit out of my lacing like most awkward newbies do... but no chastize, more power to you if you do, i just prefer my shoes to stay fresh for as long as humanely possible --- and i clean the bottoms very frequently).
Sneaker maintanence isn't really an art... you just have to be mindful of these puppies of an investment and treat them the way you'd like to be treated. Acccordingly.
And they should treat me the way i deserve to be treated. Like a delicate thug flower... Umph.
What do you use as part of your cleaning regimen? I don't want my 72-10s to look like twinkles on the bottom so I put them on ice until the spring/summer truly gets here.

At one point they started outright turning them down
