I'm in Hong Kong right now for work, probably why they are still on shelves.
They were on the clearance rack at a GigaSport. They have a bunch of 4's, 5 lows and 9's as well but they are nothing special and all retail price.
Unless you have a backdoor in a local spot, there is no guarantee ever. No ATC, no Bot, no back door link nothing is guaranteed. Any ATC that says 99% success rate means 50% chance you hit, 50% chance you don't, and when you don't you were just part of that "1% he talked about" lol
