I see what JB was trying to pull off here.
Basically white dots on a black background gives that reflective optical illusion off rip. So they were tryin to get away with that just doing that. Problem is that the 3m gives this illusion + the reflection which makes it pop. With the flash the black and white blend thats what gives the off black tint.
I put them in comparison with the DT's because a few of us copped them, and we know the red isnt washed out. Its looking faded because the flash is hitting nubuck.
